About
Cathy Eskar runs Cathy Eskar Salon in Newtown Square, where she cuts and colors hair as a stylist and master colorist. She opened the studio herself after more than ten years working behind the chair, a period that included New York City before she moved to the Philadelphia area. Her training started at Arrojo Cosmetology School. She has completed Sensory Safe Certificate training and is Sensory Safe Certified. Her work covers dimensional color, gray blending, corrective color, curly hair, precision cutting and men's grooming. Families wanting a calmer, more personal appointment are welcome, and she sees clients of every age.
