About
Catherine is a family nurse practitioner who founded Beauty and Fly and oversees its clinical decisions at the Bronxville and Bridgehampton offices. She holds an MSN, BSN, FNP-C and RN-BC. Her nursing career started in 1992 at NYU Medical Center, and she went on to hospital and intensive care work at several New York institutions before moving into aesthetics. Her injecting began in 2007, the same year she became lead injector at a medical spa in the Tri-State area, a role she held until 2020.
Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from Salisbury University, an accelerated BSN from Pace University that she finished in a single year, and a Master's in Family Health as a Nurse Practitioner, also from Pace, earned in 1998. Injector training began around 2006 and 2007 with Botox and dermal filler courses. Later steps were Vivace clinical training in 2019, hands-on cannula training with Allergan, and biostimulator and Sculptra training with Galderma, both in 2022, followed by a 2024 course on managing complications from neuromodulators and fillers.
With close to twenty years in aesthetic medicine behind her, she served as a national trainer and speaker for the Allergan Medical Institute from 2021 to 2026, teaching injectors across the country. Her approach centers on complete facial rejuvenation and harmonization. Her injectable treatments include neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulators, PRP and Kybella, while her laser and energy services cover NOUVAderm, Vivace RF microneedling and Agnes RF. She personally performs every injectable treatment at the practice and stays with each client from consultation through aftercare. Men are treated at both offices for neuromodulators, filler and jawline work.
Each first visit begins with a full medical history and a review of earlier treatments before goals are discussed. She studies bone structure, builds plans around the individual rather than a standard menu, starts with conservative dosing, and records what was treated at each visit to guide the next. Professional bodies she belongs to are the American Med Spa Association, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Sigma Theta Tau, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with the New York Nurse Practitioner Associations.
