Cassandra Morrill

Cassandra is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and an aesthetic injector. She owns Fresh Face Rx, which is located inside The Beauty Cafe. She spent more than ten years as a nurse and nurse practitioner at Boston Children's Hospital before moving into aesthetic medicine, where she has two years of experience. Her services include vitamin supplementation, skincare consultations, injectable treatments, chemical peels and collagen induction therapy. Botox and PRP are among her favorite injectable treatments. She is known for warmth and for building relationships with her patients, and she keeps each client's goals at the center of care.
