At On Point Spa in Novi, Michigan, Carson serves as Lead Licensed Esthetician and also works as a Laser Technician. Multiple years of hands-on medical aesthetics work came before she joined the spa. She learned electrolysis through an apprenticeship under the spa's founder, Kim Jarzembowski. Her licenses and registrations include state licensure as an esthetician and registration as an electrologist, plus certification as a Reiki practitioner. Brand certifications cover SkinMedica with DiamondGlow, SkinBetter Science, Marini Skin Solutions, and Osmosis beauty and Korean skincare lines, and she has hands-on training on Morpheus8, Venus Bliss and Venus Legacy. Her work covers electrolysis, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, facials, radiofrequency, chemical peels and clinical-grade skincare. She runs the GentleMax Pro, DEKA CO2 laser, Clear + Brilliant, BBL and Moxi, Sofwave, Neo Elite by Aerolase and SkinPen devices, and has advanced experience on the T-Shape platform for non-invasive body contouring.
