Carsen Hendrix owns The Grove Esthetics and is a licensed esthetician (L.E.), first licensed in 2015. Before opening the studio, Carsen worked at high-end and high-volume waxing salons in Portland.

Carsen became an independent contractor at Bare Beauty in 2018 and worked there for five years. During that time Carsen has seen thousands of clients for intimate waxing services.
