Carrie Wilson founded Carrie Wilson Makeup and works as a bridal and wedding makeup artist, traveling to clients around Jacksonville, Florida. She has worked in the makeup industry for more than 25 years, and more than 25 of those years have been spent on production makeup for sets. Her career has included time in New York, Miami and Los Angeles, collaborating with artists, stylists and creatives in fashion, television and commercial media.
Her production work has included ESPN, NFL Network, Fox & Friends, HGTV and the Golf Channel, and her commercial campaigns have included Mastercard, Gatorade and TaylorMade. Her editorial credits include Marie Claire, Elle.com, NBC.com and Jacksonville Magazine. She has worked on set with high-profile athletes, broadcasters and public figures. Her specialties are production, bridal and editorial makeup, and she also does men's grooming for national television, commercial campaigns and personal branding shoots.
She concentrates on makeup for women over 40, refining daily routines around age-related needs. She created the Makeup Wardrobing service and provides advanced education and hands-on training for aspiring makeup artists.
