Carolynn owns Waterfall Salon & Spa. She started working at her mother's salon right after graduating from cosmetology school, and she became owner about ten years after the salon opened, when her mother retired. She graduated top of her class in cosmetology school, trained at the AVEDA Institute of Minneapolis afterward, and continues ongoing training, mostly with AVEDA.
Her specialties are color and cuts. She is a color specialist, customizes cuts to each client's hair type, and is proficient with Hot Heads extensions. She is also certified in the Copolla Keratin Smoothing Treatment.
