About
Carolina Dillard is the owner and lash master trainer at Rayon Beauty. She has more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, and she opened a salon and academy. At the academy she teaches the Classic Lashes, Tech Lashes and Russian Volume courses.
Her teaching covers Russian Volume lashes, including fan making, mapping and stylization. She also teaches Egyptian, European and Brazilian Volume techniques and the Rayon Set, a wispy tech lash design.
