Carmenina Mancino

Carmenina Mancino is a PMU artist, medical esthetician and laser technician at Esthetically Nina. She holds esthetician licenses in California and Florida, plus a tattoo license in each state. She also holds a Certificate of Completion in Permanent Cosmetics covering brows, lips, eyeliner, scar camouflage and areolas, and has finished an independent course in safety, sanitation and blood-borne pathogens. Her permanent makeup and microblading training was gathered from several schools and artists: Elite Permanent Makeup (Los Angeles), Slayy Beauty (Miami), Lilly Wu Beauty (Las Vegas) and Beauty Angels Academy under Tanny Diep. Additional instruction came from Brow Daddy, Brows by Linnie and Neeziiee Babie, covering skin anatomy and physiology, brow mapping, color theory, stroke pattern placement and sanitary procedures. Her esthetics education includes 600 hours of hands-on study at Los Angeles Beauty College and 320 hours of electrolysis and laser technician training at Florida Academy of Medical Aesthetics. She has also trained in tattoo removal with Lift Tattoo remover and in permanent makeup corrections, and regularly attends workshops, seminars and conferences on new techniques. Her work centers on brows, lips, eyeliner, scar camouflage and areola work, along with medical esthetics and laser services. She has years of experience in permanent makeup and medical esthetics. Treatments are tailored to each client's needs, with attention to safety and comfort.
