Carli Reidhead

Carli Reidhead founded LUX Injections in 2019 and leads the clinic in Gilbert. She earned a nursing degree from Northland Pioneer College in 2016 and completed a nursing residency in St. George, Utah, with experience on cardiac and neuro floors. She later shifted from neuro care into aesthetics.

Her aesthetics training started in Gilbert, where she trained under a plastic surgeon, assisting with facial surgeries and learning injectable techniques. She completes continuing advanced hands-on training each year.

Her work centers on neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, Sculptra and skincare treatments. Treatment plans are built around each client's desired outcomes and feedback. She also writes posts for the LUX Injections blog.
