Carla Yamanaka leads Mizu as Master Stylist and owner. Alongside client work, she teaches in the salon. Her areas of focus are color formulation, design and brow design. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from San José State University (SJSU). On the education side, she has finished courses and certifications covering Goldwell, Babe Extensions, Alpha Parf Precious Nature, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex, Oway and Aveda. She has also taken part in the Aveda Congress in Minneapolis and Oway's Ortofficina Experience in Bologna.
