Carla Marchand is the founder and owner of Frisco Beauty Nurse and works as an advanced aesthetic nurse injector. She is a registered nurse who holds the RNC-NIC credential. Her clinical background includes about two decades in neonatal intensive care before she moved into aesthetics, and she has 35 years of clinical and patient care experience overall.

She created Revive Trio, her signature multi-syringe facial balancing treatment, and is the founder of Threadnique.
