About
Carine is the founder and owner of the studio. Before opening it, she managed three flower shops in Paris, then spent a decade in Houston's spa furniture industry, rising from sales representative to Chief Operating Officer. In 2020 she started her own ventures, including the BGBC pearl jewelry line and AddMe NOW, an NFC digital marketing tag.
She trained at the Seoul Academy for Hair Therapy and holds a certification from the same academy. While shaping the head spa concept, she travelled overseas and observed head spa techniques in Korea and Vietnam. She designed the hydration head spa chair used in the studio and led the remodel and drew the blueprints for the Northwest Freeway location.
She speaks French, English and Vietnamese.
