Cara S

Cara S is part of the virtual fitness training and postpartum program team, where she works with Clare patients in Ohio on virtual fitness training. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Slippery Rock University, earned in 2017, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Walsh University, earned in 2020. Her credentials are PT, DPT. She has completed specialized pelvic floor training. She works part-time at an outpatient clinic that treats pelvic floor and orthopedic patients. Her focus is helping women meet their wellness goals, with particular attention to the postpartum population. Separately, she runs her own practice offering hands-on treatments, including dry needling, cupping and muscle scraping, to athletes in her local area.
