Candice Robins

Candice Robins works as a holistic hairdresser, nutritionist and herbalist. She has decades of hairdressing experience in New York City and internationally, across film, fashion and healing. She was owner of Avalon in SoHo, New York City, and has worked as lead hairdresser for Elite Model Management and other New York and international modeling agencies.

Her work has included couture fashion houses in New York, Paris and Milan, as well as print, television and film media, and hair and makeup for film and photography. She has worked with clients in film, fashion, television, music and the arts.

She studied at California College of the Arts in San Francisco, studied French traditions of perfumery, aromatherapy and cosmetic herbalism, and studied with many herbalists. She assesses clients by symptoms, observation and responses, as well as labs. Her nutrition work specializes in Food as Healing, with protocols in nutrition therapy, functional diagnostic nutrition and ancestral nutrition, alongside organic beauty and hair and skin botanical potions.
