Cally Smith

Cally Smith is a nurse practitioner who founded Advanced Medical Wellness, where she serves as owner. She holds the APRN and FNP-C credentials and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She trained at Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, earning a BSN and a Master of Science in Nursing.

She began her clinical career as a bedside nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, where she rose to charge nurse. After completing her nurse practitioner training, she moved into outpatient medicine in 2016.

She became an Obesity Medicine Specialist in 2019 and has specialized in that area since. She leads the medical weight loss program, serves as the provider for the BHRT program, and works with men who have low testosterone, including male testosterone replacement therapy. Her weight loss care includes medical monitoring, accountability and support at every visit. She aims to help patients feel better and return to the activities they enjoy.
