Caitlin Tyczka founded Homegrown Hair Co. in 2019 and works there as an artist. She has been styling hair for 14 years and has spent close to 19 years in the field overall. Before opening the salon, she held positions at several salons, built hair brands and taught hair techniques in other countries. She studied cosmetology in St. Louis after relocating there in 2010, and the city has remained her base since.
