Caitlin Shrader founded Leo Aesthetics and serves as its CEO and lead aesthetic injector. She is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor, and she is currently in school to become a nurse practitioner. Her work covers neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling and aesthetic skin consultations.
Her background includes over 16 years as an esthetician and laser technician. She also teaches injectable techniques for the National Laser Institute in Dallas, instructing aspiring aesthetic nurses.
