About
Caitlin Allegrezza is the founder and owner of Rebel Aesthetics and works as an aesthetic nurse who focuses on neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers and facial balancing. She began her nursing career in the cardiac intensive care unit at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she spent more than four years caring for critically ill patients.
She later spent more than five years in a high-volume plastic surgery office. In 2017 she became an operating room nurse at a plastic surgery practice in the Raleigh-Durham area, and she then became its lead nurse injector and comprehensive treatment provider, also offering skincare consultations, RF microneedling, IPL and lasers. In 2022 she moved to a dermatology office, where she performed laser treatments across a variety of skin concerns, and that same year she founded Rebel Aesthetics.
She holds the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist credential, one of fewer than 550 nurses in the country who hold it. She also freelances as a trainer, teaching the basics of neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with a focus on evidence-based practice and facial anatomy. In 2023 she founded the Triangle Aesthetic Providers meetup for licensed aesthetic professionals, which meets monthly.
