Brittany Cantu, AME

Brittany Cantu, AME, is the lead injectable provider and lead cosmetic injector at Banyan & Bamboo on South Lamar in Austin, and she is also the lead laser technician and a laser hair professional. She has more than 21 years in medical aesthetics, including over 15 years practicing in Austin, and clients have followed her across the city for that long.

She trained in New York City, including advanced injection training, before building her practice in Austin. She also teaches in Austin, training other injectors in advanced cosmetic injectable techniques. Her specialties include Sculptra, which is her signature treatment and is planned around collagen, along with Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, facial balancing, Light Eyes Ultra, and Trap Tox.

Each visit begins with a full facial assessment of bone structure, skin quality, volume, and movement. She maps how each face's muscles work when someone speaks and smiles, sets each Botox or Dysport dose according to how those muscles move, and treats men's and women's anatomy differently when working with neuromodulators.
