Brayden Pelletier

Brayden Pelletier founded Just b. hair. On the Redken side, he holds the title of Director of Artistic Development and Design and works as an Artistic Ambassador for the brand, and he is a globally recognized Redken Artist. Hair has been his field since he was 16, and he now has more than 20 years of experience. Before launching Just b. hair, he served as Educational and Artistic Director for a large salon company. He travels to salons around the world to teach advanced education, has taught at the Redken Exchange in New York City, and presented on the main stage at Redken Symposium in 2013 and 2015 as well as at Euro Symposium in 2016. His education sessions are high-energy and fashion-forward, and he received the NAHA 2024 Master Hair Stylist of the Year honor. His backstage work includes the MTV Video Music Awards, and he has worked runway shows for designers including Marc Jacobs and Diesel. He is known for a fresh, movement-driven cutting style and creates customized looks based on each client's needs.
