Brandon Fletcher

Brandon Fletcher is the founding physician, MD and CEO of Nostalgia Family Medicine. He did his undergraduate work at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and received his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. He trained in family medicine at Vidant Medical Center through the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and holds board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a certified medical cannabis physician. After residency he took a hospitalist job at the hospital where he was born. After moving to Florida, he covered hospitalist shifts at Florida Hospital Altamonte, AdventHealth East Orlando and AdventHealth Celebration. After years as a hospitalist, he opened a private practice in Longwood with his wife, Emily, a registered nurse. The practice offers direct primary care for every member of a family, along with IV therapy, BEMER treatments and medical cannabis evaluations. Visits can take place in the office, by telemedicine or as house calls. In cannabis evaluations, he reviews a patient's symptoms and how the condition affects daily life before recommending a dosage and formulary.
