About
Brandi Terra, NP, is the founder of Oak & Stone, where she practices as a nurse practitioner. She is board-certified and holds a BSN plus an MSN in adult-gerontology acute care from Grand Canyon University. Her nurse practitioner residency was completed at the University of California San Diego. Before becoming a nurse practitioner she spent eight years as an ICU registered nurse, and she has six years of internal medicine clinical experience.
Her clinical work centers on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and personalized hormone optimization, along with functional medicine consultations that look for underlying imbalances. She also offers integrative oncology support intended to complement conventional cancer care, and medically supervised weight loss using GLP-1 therapies. On the aesthetic side she gives dermal fillers and neurotoxin injections, naming Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau among the products she uses. She has performed microneedling, lip filler, Morpheus8 and HydraFacial treatments.
Postgraduate training covers functional medicine, integrative oncology, metabolic approaches to cancer support, IV nutrient therapy, ozone therapy, peptide science, mitochondrial health, hormone optimization and lifestyle medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Hormone care starts with testing and symptom mapping to set dosing, followed by ongoing symptom and hormone-level monitoring and treatment adjustments over time. Her hormone care includes thorough health histories, comprehensive labs and monthly check-ins, and she listens closely and tailors recommendations to each person. GLP-1 dosing is adjusted under medical supervision. She is welcoming to people new to skincare and wellness, and keeps current with her training and treatments.
