Bradford S. Patt

Bradford S. Patt is a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Houston, with over 25 years of experience in the city. He also holds a faculty appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor in Otolaryngology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and at the University of Texas Medical Center in Dallas, where he takes part in medical education and trains other surgeons. He completed a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of Illinois Chicago, following an otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. His rhinoplasty practice spans functional, cosmetic, ethnic and revision cases, and he has designed suture techniques for septal perforation repair. Reconstructive care addresses complex problems of the nose, ear and face. For facelifts, he uses the deep plane approach, which operates on the deeper facial muscles and connective tissue below the SMAS layer, and for male patients he plans incisions around facial hair patterns. Other procedures include blepharoplasty, facelift with neck lift, BOTOX Cosmetic and dermal fillers. In hair restoration he performs NeoGraft FUE transplants, laser treatments and other growth therapies. He was among the first in Houston to offer NeoGraft, and he is an early adopter of current rhinoplasty and hair restoration technology and a leading expert in advanced hair restoration techniques. He is a partner at ACPS, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He sits on the Facial Plastic Surgery Committee and the Texas Medical Association Board of Trustees. He has been recognized in the Super Doctors Texas Hall of Fame for 20 consecutive years and named a Texas Monthly Top Doctor for 17 or more years.
