Bonnie B founded Honey B Beauty Salon, where she also works as a stylist. She opened the salon after running her first salon, and before that she scaled an online hair extension brand, where she was the face of the brand. After 2020 she bought a spray tan studio and learned that craft. She focuses on hair extensions, color and bleaching, and uses high-quality bleach. Her process starts with learning each client's hair history so she can build a plan for their hair. She taught clients the IBE method during an extension appointment.
