Blakely Richardson

Dr. Blakely Richardson is the Medical Director and founder of Revelus Dermatology, overseeing both its medical and cosmetic dermatology work. She has treated Austin patients since 2014. She is a board-certified dermatologist, holds a DO and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She earned a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating summa cum laude, and her DO from UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Her dermatology residency was at Case Western Reserve and University Hospitals in Cleveland, where she was Chief Dermatology Resident at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. She has worked as Principal Investigator at Tekton Research and as the primary dermatologist for Apple's Austin headquarters. Her clinical work covers full-spectrum medical dermatology, including skin cancer screening and removal, acne, rashes and complex skin conditions. She personally performs neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra and laser resurfacing. Her melanoma research appeared in JAMA Dermatology, and she received a resident research award for an analysis of melanoma. She founded the online skincare store Dermly and serves as its medical director. Patients praise her as approachable and thorough, and clear about diagnoses and treatment options. She was named to Texas Super Doctors for 2024 and 2025. Austin Monthly's January/February 2023 issue listed her among Austin's top dermatologists. She received the Glasgow-Rubin Certificate of Achievement at UNT Health Science Center for academic achievement in medical school.
