About

Bill Weatherford founded SoftWave Vitality after more than 20 years in pharmaceutical sales and leadership. His earlier roles were with Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Allergan, Syneos Health and Noven Pharmaceuticals. He received Janssen President's Circle sales awards in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2013, and GSK Emerald and Diamond Winner's Circle awards in 2005 and 2003.

He began working with SoftWave technology in August 2024. His training came through SoftWave Corporate, followed by a three-month mentorship with a SoftWave TRT trainer. He also completed college-level coursework in anatomy and physiology and is currently taking an anatomy refresher course through Penn State.

He aims to help people move better, ease pain and get back to a fuller life using non-invasive shockwave therapy. He wants each client to feel listened to and looked after throughout the process.
