Biba Isla

Biba Isla owns Biba Isla Boutique Salon and works as its hairstylist and makeup artist. She also works as an event hairstylist and makeup artist and as a key hairstylist.

Biba's industry work includes film and editorial projects, among them New York Fashion Week, along with behind-the-scenes work in entertainment, customizing wigs, styling hair and doing makeup artistry. She has worked with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York and Miami Swim Fashion Week, and has worked with Elle, Vogue, Essence, Heroine Magazine, Amelie G and Scene Magazine. She has also worked on several films in Louisiana, and has worked for Guerlain Spa and the Spa at Windsor Court.

She also works as an organic haircare formulator, designing formulas and selling them to labs that make household brand cosmetics and to independent cosmetic brands. In the salon, she works with all-natural ingredients and places weight on continuing education.
