Bianca Briscan runs Wink Lash Art, a business she started in Alexandria in 2019 following years of working in beauty abroad. She completed professional training in Italy and holds a license as an esthetician. Her specialties are lash extensions that look natural, handcrafted volume sets, Korean lash lifts and custom lash design. She also takes on difficult natural lashes, such as short, straight, sparse or curly ones. Her clientele under her leadership includes professionals, public figures, pageant titleholders, brides, and people from across Northern Virginia and DC.
