Beverly Agness

Beverly Agness is a hair and makeup artist and instructor based in Richmond, Virginia. She holds a license in cosmetology, which she began studying at sixteen in a cosmetology course at her high school's technical center. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and kept doing hair throughout college.

She co-owned Le Shoppe Hair and Nail Salon for 13 years. She is a loft owner at Couture Imaging Salon Lofts and Skin Spa, and she serves as a Beauty Guide for LimeLight by Alcone. Her work includes photoshoots, weddings and special events, and she has built a loyal client base over nearly three decades.

Her focus is hair and makeup, and she teaches as well as works with clients. She keeps her skills current through ongoing courses and trade shows.
