Betty Jean Bell

Betty Jean Bell is the Expert Manicurist at The Finishing Haus and works as a licensed Texas manicurist and licensed nail technician based in Austin. She is a certified Russian manicurist, trained in Russian manicure technique through Nail Art House.

Her certifications also include e-file manicuring, Japanese-style structured gel, natural nail restoration, soft gel mastery and hard gel mastery, as well as IBX, Gel-X, electric filing, safe nail tech practice and infection control. She focuses on structured gel and dry manicure techniques with an emphasis on natural nail health, and her specialties include Russian manicures, Bio Structure Gel and IBX treatments.

Her path into the work began with painting nails before she built the studio's manicure work. She serves entrepreneurial and creative women in a private salon setting. Beyond the manicure chair, she provides cinematic-style nail photography and videography, including monthly content portraits.

She also mentors new nail technicians across Texas through Nail School Companion, a digital prep course for state board exams.
