About
Betsy Shuki owns Betsy Shuki Studio in Fort Lee and works as its microblading and micropigmentation artist. She is board certified by the American Academy of Micropigmentation and licensed as a cosmetologist and tattoo artist in New York, New Jersey and Florida. Her training includes a 2015 certification from PhiBrow Academy, followed by several certifications from accredited organizations.
Her background in makeup spans more than thirty years, including about three decades as a makeup artist across television, editorial, advertising and bridal work. She has also worked with publishers including HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster. After her 2015 certification, she worked with plastic surgeon Dr. Scott Wells in a medical setting in New York to further develop her microblading skill.
Her focus is microblading and micropigmentation, covering brow shaping, waxing and sculpting. She developed a signature technique for eyebrow micropigmentation and has worked with a wide variety of clients.
