Bethany Tennant

Bethany Tennant practices at 2BWell as a licensed naturopathic physician and Certified Nutrition Specialist, working in primary care and nutrition. Her main focus is natural sports medicine, which includes prevention, performance, recovery, pain management and injury rehabilitation. She also has an interest in neurodegenerative conditions. Bethany graduated with honors in research from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, completed a post-doctoral research fellowship on Parkinson's disease and nutrition, and holds a bachelor's degree from Houghton College. Sports massage therapy training was completed in New York. Her clients have included athletes from elementary school through professional leagues, among them the NBA, NFL and FIBA. She served as Medical Director at a New York based company that advised corporate clients on nutrition, exercise and stress management, and worked as a Community Health Educator with the Peace Corps in Suriname. She is a nutrition expert and sits on the executive committee of the Brian Grant Foundation. She has presented on sports nutrition at high school and college programs, including the Jr. All-American Basketball Camp.
