She graduated from San Diego City College Cosmetology School and began working as a hairstylist in 1996. She has worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years, including at several salons before opening her own salon suite in Solana Beach. She attends classes and seminars to keep improving her technique.
She is certified in Cezanna, Brazilian Blowouts and hair extensions. She keeps up with fashion trends, and she focuses on people as much as on hair, aiming to make clients comfortable expressing their ideas.
