Beatriz Duque is the autonomous APRN practicing at The Edit, where she leads the clinical care. She began her career as a registered nurse in 2015, starting in hospital critical care and chemotherapy, and later earned a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2021 and became a nurse practitioner. She began formal aesthetic medicine training in 2019 and has since completed botox and dermal filler training, advanced courses with Empire Medical Training, and cadaver-lab facial anatomy training with Dr. Sebastian Cotofana.
She personally performs every injection at the clinic, working in injectables and facial balancing, and she performs Endolaser treatments herself, evaluating each patient in person. Her specialties include FUE hair restoration, where she designs the hairline and leads the procedures, and Liquid BBL. She also prescribes weight loss medication, peptides and hormone therapy after evaluation and labs. Care is provided in English and Spanish.
