Baylie Madaj is a co-founder of CRAFTED and a master stylist. She has over 20 years of experience in the salon industry and specializes in precision haircuts shaped to each individual, with a focus on strong, classic shapes and soft, lived-in texture. Her interest in hair started at The Paul Mitchell Academy during high school. She later completed intensive training in the Sassoon technique in Los Angeles, concentrating on precision cutting, after moving there to further develop her skills. She believes hair reflects who a person is and treats it as an extension of personality.
