Barry S. Handler, M.D.

Dr. Barry S. Handler is a board-certified plastic surgeon who practices in San Diego, California. Medical school was completed at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 1989. He then trained in general surgery at Saint Louis University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, from 1989 to 1995, and in plastic surgery at the same center from 1995 to 1997. Between 1997 and 1999 he held an appointment as Assistant Professor in Surgery within the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at that medical center. He is Chief of the Plastic Surgery Section at the St. Louis VA Medical Center. Private practice in San Diego has been his work since October 1999. He specializes in cosmetic surgery.
