About
Barbara Kennedy works as a hairstylist and makeup artist and has been in the industry for over 44 years. She was a charter member of the Nexxus Design Team for eight years.
She has performed as a platform artist and instructor at national and local hair shows. Her work also includes behind-the-scenes hair design and makeup for television on-air talent, and styling on location for photo shoots with models.
She received The Center for Women's Helen Gordon Davis Pillar of Strength award, has recently qualified for the Tearsheet Artistic Team, an international editorial team, and was honored by Charity Chics with the Award of Generosity.
