Azalesha Rodriguez

Azalesha Rodriguez founded Bio-Optimization of Beauty and works as a physician assistant (PA-C) with dermatology training, concentrating on aesthetic medicine. Over 17 years she has worked across cosmetic, medical and surgical dermatology, carrying out thousands of dermatologic and aesthetic procedures. She created the Bio-Fuse: Regenerative Layering method, which stacks treatments to boost collagen and rebuild facial structure.

Her education includes a Doctorate of Medical Science from Lynchburg University, plus bachelor's and master's degrees in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College, completed with high honors. She placed in the highest percentile on the National Board Examination. Her practice focuses on regenerative aesthetics, skin health and internal optimization. Her approach to facial aesthetics is refined and natural, and she is widely recognized for it.

She also teaches. She has trained healthcare providers in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, has lectured at professional conferences such as NYSSPA, and is an Adjunct Professor at the CUNY School of Medicine in New York.
