About
Azadeh Amjadi founded Forever Javoon in 2014. Her nursing start was in intensive care, where she looked after critically ill patients in trauma, burn and cardiac units. Her credentials include MSN, ACNP-BC and PMHNP-BC. She earned a degree in Psychology and Biology at the University of California, Davis, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rochester School of Nursing. She then completed advanced training as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her aesthetic medicine experience came from working alongside leading physicians. Her practice covers aesthetic medicine, longevity, regenerative therapies, hormone optimization and mental health.
