Ayla Dadasheva

Ayla Dadasheva founded Ayla Aesthetics and works there as a licensed nurse practitioner, holding MSN, APRN and FNP credentials. Before moving into aesthetics she worked in an intensive care unit. Medical services at the practice are delivered by her in her role as an NP.

Her training in advanced aesthetics spans programs in the United States, England and Russia, and includes study with Pawnta. Her practice focuses on facial harmonization and a whole-face approach. She is the creator of the KAVKAZ LIPS and KAVKAZ LIFT techniques.

Over her career she has treated thousands of patients, many of whom come from across New York, the Tri-State area and farther afield. Her results are known for being balanced, refined and naturally attractive. Patient safety comes first, and results should never come at the expense of patient care.
