Ayisha Shoultz founded Ageless Aesthetics, where she serves as owner and CEO and also works as an RN injector. Hampton University awarded her a BSN in 2007, and Walden University granted her a Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner studies in 2020. She also holds an aesthetics certification. Her nursing work began in medical-surgical units at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
