About
Aviva Malayev founded Aviva Wellness LLC in 2022 and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC). Nursing began in emergency departments in South Florida, and she later qualified as a family nurse practitioner before the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2019. In 2020 she took her first nurse practitioner role, overseeing a clinic at a COVID-19 research site that gave and studied monoclonal antibodies. She moved into urgent care in 2021 and added aesthetics in 2022, when she trained with injectors. Her practice covers concierge family medicine, mobile IV therapy, Botox, PRP and microneedling, with care for family members from infants to adults.
