About
Ava Najafabadi, LME, founded Expert Skin Solutions. She is a Licensed Master Aesthetician (LME) and a Licensed Master Aesthetics Instructor, with more than 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics. For eight years she worked directly within plastic surgery practices alongside board-certified plastic surgeons, providing pre-operative and post-operative patient care. In that role her focus was healing-phase care after surgery and deeper laser treatments, including scar management. She also holds Laser Technician and Phlebotomist certifications. Her caseload includes pigmentation concerns, active acne and acne scars, rosacea, loss of skin firmness, fine lines and wrinkles, scars from surgery, and anti-aging goals. Her treatment tools include lasers, light-based devices, RF microneedling, traditional microneedling, chemical peels and frequency wave therapies. Her training includes holistic nutrition recommendations drawn from specialized coursework. Plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the DMV area refer patients with advanced cosmetic skin needs to her. She also runs a training hub where she teaches advanced aesthetic techniques to providers and technicians.
