Ava Khosraviani

Ava Khosraviani, MD, FAAD, is the owner of Skinwell Dermatology and a board-certified dermatologist. She has 19 years of experience and works in medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Her residency and fellowship were completed at Weill-Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY, and she trained in part at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she treated oncology cases. She later worked as an attending physician at Lahey Clinic in Boston before returning to Los Angeles.

She is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and certified by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She trained under dermatoscopy experts and uses a dermatoscope for skin checks, having developed her own approach with the device.
