Audrey Matney founded 123 Beauty Lab and is its lead aesthetician. She performs all treatments at the spa and is personally involved in every client consultation. She is licensed as an aesthetician and is a Master Esthetician. She also works as a tattoo artist.

She has more than 20 years of professional experience in aesthetic medicine, including time working with leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists in Manhattan. Her specialties include aesthetic medicine and advanced microdermabrasion techniques, and she holds clinical knowledge in advanced skincare, laser treatments, peels and skin resurfacing. She performs DiamondGlow, HydraFacial, microdermabrasion and TruSculpt Flex treatments at the spa. She has been featured in Vogue, Travel & Leisure and Glamour.
