About

Ashley Span is the founder of Idle Hands Esthetics and works as an esthetician there. She has 18 years of industry experience, including time at several spas on both the West Coast and the East Coast. Her specialties are brow waxing and brow lamination. Her training includes work with Environ Skin Care, Biologique Recherche, Valmont, Eminence Organics and Dermalogica. She is an alumna of Rescue Spa in New York and Philadelphia, where she is also a brow wax trainer. She has completed the JUUT Advanced Academy and the Shari Sunshine Syntropy Body Work course. She holds an Anastasia Beverly Hills Advanced Certification and a CIDESCO Certified Esthetician credential. Recognitions include a 2023 Best of Philly award titled Best Brow Wizard, a 2018 Allure Beauty Directory award for brow shaping, a 2017 Philadelphia Readers Choice award for brow waxing, a 2019 Wall Street Journal Best Gift mention for brow waxing with her, and a VOGUE Arabia cover.
