Ashley Pontenberg

Ashley Pontenberg is a Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner and the Master Injector at Artistik Beauty in Winter Park. She is a nationally board certified advanced practice nurse (APRN-C) with an MS degree and a Registered Nurse credential. Her nursing career began in 2004 and includes 15 years of medical and surgical experience. She moved into aesthetics and dermatology in 2010 and has more than nine years focused on dermatology and medical aesthetics. She also performs services at other local medical aesthetic offices and works as a permanent makeup tattoo artist. Her advanced training is in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, including Botox, dermal fillers and PDO threads. She holds a master level injector certificate (2015), a Cellufina and PDO certification (2017) and a platelet rich plasma certification (2012), and she completed 26 hours of neuromodulator and facial filler training in 2012. She is a Certified MintPDO Thread Trainer, has nearly a decade of PDO thread experience, and trains plastic surgeons, nurse practitioners and aesthetic providers through the Allergan Medical Institute. She has performed injections on more than 50,000 clients. She focuses on injectables, Botox-type treatments, fillers, PDO threads, cosmetic dermatology and semi-permanent makeup such as microblading. Consultations begin with a review of each client's expectations, goals and concerns. She keeps up with new techniques, understands facial anatomy in depth, and is prepared to manage potential complications from the products she uses.
