About
Ashley Deckard owns and operates a.d. esthetics, which opened in June 2021 after several years working at different spas and salons. Professional training at Aveda was completed in 2013, the same year she began working in spas and salons. Beyond hands-on treatments, she teaches in several subjects: skin anatomy and physiology, sanitation and infection control, the stress cycle and management techniques, and dermaplaning. She has also served as an educator for rising estheticians, developed the Cannabis Master Program, and designed gua sha facial massage protocols, which she taught to staff at a spa in Denver. She contributes articles to the esthetic trade magazines Dermascope and WellSpa 360. Product and ingredient training has been completed with Aveda and Color Up CBD. Treatments offered include deep connective tissue work, gua sha and facial fusion massage, lymphatic drainage performed by hand, ultrasonic extraction, light therapy using LEDs, microcurrent lifting, nanoneedling, and natural peels. Her focus is healthy skin, general wellbeing, and ageing well at every stage of life.
