Ashley

Ashley is the owner of MXA Beauty Bar and works as its esthetician, offering custom facials, brow services, Brazilian waxing and makeup from the studio inside Sola Salons in Bloomingdale, Illinois. She holds a license as an esthetician and is a certified makeup artist. Esthetics training was completed at Universal Spa Training Academy, and makeup training was completed at Columbia College Chicago, covering theatrical, television and editorial makeup. Ashley has more than ten years of experience in the beauty industry.

The career began by working for several cosmetic brands before opening the salon studio. Ashley also worked as a freelance makeup artist under the name makeupxashley, on fashion shows, theatre productions, photoshoots, dance events, weddings and brand collaborations at events.

Clients can expect skin health to come first in any facial, and makeup is approached with the same attention to the skin underneath.
